😇 Membership Fee Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure our members are satisfied with their experience on our platform. Our membership refund policy is designed to provide flexibility and accommodate various situations. You are eligible for a refund if you meet both the following scenarios:

1. Unused Membership: If you have never utilized your membership to participate in any token sale, you are eligible for a full refund. This includes not investing in any token sales or redeeming tokens, regardless of how much allocation you received.

2. Non-Utilization of Features: In addition to not using the launchpad, if you have never engaged with any of our additional services such as LootX or AirBot, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment wallet used during the purchase. Once processed, access to the platform and associated benefits will be terminated but you can still redeem any tokens you have invested in.

When does my membership start and end?

Membership Start: Your membership only starts when you first start using a platform service, regardless of when you purchased it.

Membership End: Your membership is valid for 90 days after you first started using it.

What is Forever Price?

If you subscribe at the current price, your monthly price will be locked in and never go up even if the membership prices go up for new members. You must not let your membership lapse.

Is the refund policy the same for all membership levels?

Yes, the refund policy applies the same to all paid memberships.

Can I get a refund after participating in a successful launch?

Once you have successfully participated in a sale and redeemed the tokens then you are not eligible for a refund.

What happens if a project I participated in gets refunded?

If for some reason we refund a project raise, you will be eligible for a membership fee refund if you meet rest of the criteria.

Are there any fees associated with the refund process?

There are no fees from our end but keep in mind the network transaction fees associated with each transaction.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow 48 hours for refunds to show up in your wallet.

Is there a time limit for requesting a refund?

There is no time limit at the moment.

How can I request a refund?

You can access the refund portal in your online profile.

Is there a limit on the number of refunds I can request?
